Since 0 I’ve only had three Event ID 1000 application errors and they were all logged in mid-November for a portable version of UCheck BETA v5.0.5.0 I was beta-testing for the developer, so my Event ID 1000 errors don’t appear to be related to my DeviceSetupManager Event ID 131 errors. I installed KB5031289 (Nov 2023 quality update for OS Build 19045.3693) on 1 and KB5033372 (Dec 2023 quality update for 19045.3803) on 1 so I don’t think installation of KB5031289 on its own was the initial trigger. I checked my Win 10 Pro v22H2 Event Viewer and confirmed I’ve had several Event ID 131 errors logged in my Event Viewer at Application and Services Logs | Microsoft | Windows | DeviceSetupManager | Admin that started 0. Discovered a bunch of errors in Event viewer – 131’s and 1000’s – all started around the time I installed KB5032189.
